- Unholy Biscuit Issue III -

Welcome!

It’s a New Year, and against all odds I’m still alive and the Unholy Biscuit is going from strength to strength with the milestone that is Issue III. Actually, that’s a bit lame if you think about it, as this project has been running for nearly a year now. But hey, if it weren’t for the great community of writers and readers alike who have supported the Biscuit I’d still be stuck on Issue 0.

So, what have we got in this issue? Well, plenty of quality poetry and a lot of twisted, thought provoking prose from new talent that has not previously been published here, with the notable exception of poet Kristine Muslim. I guarantee that you will be hard pressed to find a showcase of works comparable to that which is published between these covers; good, quirky art is hard to come by in this world of banal fad. What’s more, you don’t have to pay through the nose to read the Unholy Biscuit. Actually, you don't have to However, there are a few places to go to slake your reading lust further:

-Literary Vision: There’s a bit of a stir going down at the LitVision press with the news of Jack Saunder’s up-and-coming book release. You can read up on this underground legend at The Daily Bulletin. While we’re eagerly kept waiting, take a stroll through the greenery of the site and browse the massive archive of top-notch writing from authors around the world.

-MA: Miss Anon is kicking up a storm with the MA:Zine, and like LitVision, is open to submissions. Check out the ‘Chef and the Crab Dip’ featured in issue one… it’s probably one of the best short stories I clapped eyes on in 2004.

-Gothic Fairy Tales: If you’re like me, and I know I sure am, you’ll enjoy the twisted material on offer here. While you’re there, be sure to pay one of our previously featured artists David L.Tamarin a visit.

That’s it from me, I hope you enjoy the issue. Check out the main Titty Biscuits site for more goodies and directions on how to see your work on these pages.
